Dear Craig,

I believe that you’ve spoken with Marc about the promotional video that he has commissioned to be created in June ‘21. This page aims to provide a little bit more information about the project.

You have been invited to take part in a promotional video for Boundary Road - thank you for expressing an interest in taking part.

We’ll be in touch in the very near future, to discuss in a little more detail just how the filming day will go. We are looking to provisionally start filming on July 30th, weather depending.

If you would like for you and your business to be involved and included in our promotional video, then please do fill in the form below, or speak directly with Marc Cox and Cox & Co. who will be in attendance throughout the filming process. The ‘Director’ of the commercial will be Edward Cox. Please feel free to contact Ed on 07757976140 or ed@companyten.co.uk should you have any questions about the process, requirements etc.

Once you have completed the form below, we will deliver further information, including; timetables, interview questions, and downloadable signage for your location (eg. ‘please be aware that we are filming a promotional video from X to Y o’clock on 30th July. If you do not wish to appear ‘in the background’ of the film, please make it known to the management of ‘XXXX’).

We’re really looking forward to working with you on this fantastic project, thank you again for expressing an interest in being part of it. I you think that we may have missed an opportunity to include a business or project in the area then please do let us know by including a message in the message section below.

A note from Marc Cox at Cox & Co.

On behalf of Marc Cox of Cox & Co Estate Agents and Valuers we are inviting you to take part in a video being made to promote Boundary Road as a go to shopping and visitor destination. The video will feature on the Cox & Co web site, Facebook etc and there will be NO CHARGE for your inclusion. Copies will also be made available for your own use.

Marc has been an estate agent in Brighton and Hove for over 30 years and despite the often somewhat negative reputation of estate agents his philosophy is that a good agent is very much part of the local community – after all they are dealing with what is often a person’s most valuable asset – their home.

When Marc opened his own estate agency in early 2020 he made the decision that the office should have a high street presence and make a positive contribution to the local shopping environment. His Boundary Road premises – a former charity shop were therefore completely refurbished and now present a modern shop frontage with an uncluttered window display with views into an attractive open plan office. High Streets are suffering - even more so due to Covid and it is hoped that the video will drive more visitors to Boundary Road and be of benefit to other businesses as well as the wider community.
